what is the theme of the pedestrian? The theme of the pedestrian relates to the future and how technology and humans are changing as time passes by. How does Bradbury get this message across? How do you know? Bradbury uses a lot of detail To get this message across. I know this because of the things he says. He describes a talking car that pulled him over this shows that the story took place in the future. Describe the tone of the story. The tone of the story is a surprised tone. I believe that because when the guy got pulled over for walking he was surprised that you couldn’t walk down the street anymore just for the fun of it. Why don’t more people walk in 2018? People don’t walk as much in 2018 because most people have cars and they’re too lazy to walk now. What do you think about self driving cars?
